I remember this TV commercial that I used to love, with the tagline
“time is what you make of it”.
It aimed to sell you a Swatch. It failed with me since I already owned a couple dozen Swatches at that time (this particular watch being the most popular gift you could get for the holy communion at the age of twelve), but it came out loaded with poetry.
How long is a minute if you are stuck in an elevator? How long is an hour if you are hanging out with someone you don’t like?
